Rough scene across the Gulf this morning — every spot is sitting at zero stars with onshore and cross-onshore winds running 17-26 mph SSE making a mess of already tiny surf. Bob Hall Pier and Horace Caldwell show the most long-period energy (18s from ESE) but it's not translating into anything rideable yet. The trend is building though, so keep an eye on Bob Hall and the Corpus spots over the next couple days as that swell fills in and winds potentially ease.
