Rough start this morning — every spot on the map is sitting at a star and a half or less, with onshore or cross-onshore winds making a mess of already tiny surf. Atlantic Beach and Flagler Beach Pier at least have some size building, but nothing worth rushing out for right now. The trend is pointing up over the next 24-48 hours though, so keep an eye on Atlantic Beach and Amelia Island as the swell fills in — if the winds back off even a little, there could be something workable by midweek.
