Good size WNW swell running this morning with solid 4-star surf up and down the coast — Mavericks, Montara, and Ocean Beach are catching favorable cross-offshore flow from the south, while Point Arena is getting the best wind treatment with cross-offshore northerlies. Enjoy it while it lasts, because faces are dropping 2-3 feet through the day and this swell is clearly on its way out. Expect the next couple days to be noticeably smaller and patchier as this pulse winds down — worth one more session this morning before it fades.
