Conditions are pretty uninspiring across the OBX and NC coast this morning — everything's sitting at 1 star with small, weak SE swell in the 1-2ft range. Best wind situation is at Duck Pier and Kill Devil Hills where it's blowing offshore, and Avon and Frisco Pier (both ★1) have the most size at head-high and under with cross-shore SW winds. Trend holds steady through tomorrow, so don't expect much change — this stretch stays small and marginal for the next few days.
