Onshore SE winds are making a mess of things across the Gulf today — all spots are sitting at 1 star or below, with short-period wind slop dominating from Galveston down to South Padre. Best of a bad bunch are 61st Street, Seawall, and Matagorda pulling 1-star ratings on waist-high sets, but the wind's already onshore and not doing anyone any favors. The trend is building over the next 24 hours, so watch for size to fill in over the next couple days — just hope the wind cleans up with it.
