Small but quality SSW/S groundswell is working up and down the coast this morning, with that long 14-second period doing most of the heavy lifting. Coronado Shores leads the region at ★2.5, followed by Newport and San Onofre both checking in at ★2.0 — winds are running cross to cross-offshore at most spots, so conditions are reasonably clean early before the sea breeze fills in by midday. Expect things to hold steady through the next couple days with no significant size change on the horizon.
