Tough morning across the Texas Gulf — everything's sitting at a flat ★1 with onshore/cross-onshore winds pushing 12–19 mph out of the S/SSE, keeping things choppy and uninspiring. Horace Caldwell, Port Aransas Jetty, and Matagorda are technically the tallest at 3ft, but short-period wind swell at 6 seconds doesn't do much with that wind angle. Conditions are fading hard over the next 24 hours, and the next 2–3 days don't offer much relief — probably best to stay patient and wait for a proper front to reorganize things.
