Pretty slim pickings across the island this morning — everything's sitting at 1 star with ankle-to-knee-high surf, though Dogman's has the cleanest look with light offshore ENE flow and Rincon Domes is calm enough to be worth a paddle. Most spots are getting roughed up by 15-18 mph cross winds, making an already small swell hard to enjoy. The good news is the trend is building, so expect faces to fill in noticeably over the next day or two — keep an eye on the northeast-facing breaks like Aviones and Pine Grove as that NE swell gains size.
