Marginal conditions across the PNW this morning with everything sitting at 1.5 stars or below — Hobuck, La Push First, Ocean Shores, and Westport are the top options, all running 1.5 stars on 5-9 foot faces at 9 seconds, but onshore and cross-onshore winds are keeping things messy. Wind is already onshore at most spots and not improving today. The good news is swell is building — Ocean Shores and Westport are already up a foot over 24 hours — so expect faces to fill in over the next few days as this thing organizes.
