Slim pickings across the Gulf this morning — Galveston's 61st Street, the Seawall, and Surfside are the best of a weak bunch at ★1, with knee-high slop running 0.8–1.1ft on short 4–5 second period out of the south. Winds are cross-shore and manageable for now, but south wind is already creeping onshore at a few spots down the coast. Conditions hold steady through the next couple days, so don't expect any dramatic improvement — this is it for the near-term.
