NorCal's best this morning is up at the far north — Humboldt Bay Jetty and Trinidad lead the pack at ★2.5, with Humboldt showing 6-foot-plus faces on cross-onshore flow that should stay manageable early before the wind fills in. Most of the Mendocino spots are sitting at ★2.0 with light cross-to-onshore winds keeping things passable but nothing to rush out of bed for. The whole region is fading over the next 24 hours, so if you're on the fence, go now — the next few days look softer across the board.
