Small and underwhelming out there this morning — most spots sitting at a marginal 1.5 stars on 3-4 feet of 9-second WNW energy. North winds are keeping things cross to cross-offshore, which is about the only thing helping; Rialto and La Push First Beach are worth a look with that offshore/cross-offshore component, though you're still hunting scraps. The good news is swell is building — expect conditions to fill in over the next couple days as energy stacks up, so keep an eye on Westport and Cape Disappointment for when this thing actually shows up.
