Rodanthe is the standout this morning at ★1.5 with 2.5ft of south swell and a light offshore WSW wind keeping things relatively clean — still junky, but your best bet on the coast right now. Most other Outer Banks spots are sitting at ★1.0 with short-period south chop and a mix of cross and offshore flow doing little to help. Conditions hold steady through the next few days, so don't expect any dramatic improvement — this is pretty much what you've got to work with this week.
