Small and mostly forgettable out there this morning — waist-high or less across the NC coast with onshore ENE winds making a mess of most lineups. Your best bets are Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle, both sitting at ★1.0 but at least picking up cross-offshore flow to keep things halfway presentable. The good news is things are building through the next 24 hours, so expect size to fill in over the next couple days — keep an eye on Hatteras and Frisco as the swell develops.
