Honestly, the Gulf is doing Gulf things right now — every spot from Galveston down to Port A is sitting at a forgettable ★1 with short-period, onshore-blown slop in the 2-3ft range. Wind is already onshore everywhere and running 12-21 mph SSE, so don't even bother. Conditions hold steady through the next couple days with no meaningful improvement on the horizon, though Bob Hall and Horace Caldwell are showing some size building — just doesn't matter much when the wind stays dirty.
