Tiny and junky across the NC coast this morning — small ESE windswell topping out around 1-2ft at 7 seconds, and most spots are already dealing with onshore or cross-onshore flow. Best of a bad bunch is Avalon Pier, Carolina Beach, and Duck at ★1, but honestly nothing here is worth getting out of bed for. Conditions hold steady through the next day or two, so don't expect any salvation in the short term — keep an eye on the extended for anything worth chasing.
