Rough morning across the Mid-Atlantic — every spot is sitting at a 1-star rating with onshore and cross-shore winds making a mess of an already mediocre SSE swell. Atlantic City is showing the most size at 6 feet but those 19 mph SSW winds are cross-onshore and killing it; Asbury Park and 56th Street aren't much better despite similar height. Everything fades through tomorrow, so expect smaller, sloppier surf the next 2-3 days until a new system reorganizes — keep an eye on the extended forecast and sit tight.
