Best of a mediocre bunch are Cisco Beach and the Maine beachbreaks like Fortunes Rocks and Scarborough, though cross winds keep things choppy and the swell is already fading fast, down 2-plus feet by tomorrow. Don't hold your breath for the next few days — the trend is firmly downhill, so check back mid-week and hope the next setup brings something cleaner.
