Scrappy conditions across the Gulf this morning — knee-high to waist-high windswell with onshore or cross-onshore winds keeping quality low everywhere. Best of a bad bunch is JP Luby and Matagorda at ★1, with 2ft @ 8s, but southerly winds 12-16 mph are chopping things up along most of the coast; 61st Street and South Padre have lighter winds if you need to scratch one. Conditions hold steady through the next couple days, so don't expect any miracle — same small, wind-affected slop on the horizon.
