Best bets are **Oceanside Harbor** and **PB Point** both at ★3.5, with PB holding the cleanest conditions under north offshores; **Bird Rock** is worth a look at ★3.0 with cross-offshore flow helping shape things up. Winds go cross-to-onshore by afternoon across most spots, so get it early. Next 2-3 days look smaller and scrappier as this SSW pulse continues to back off with nothing significant on deck to replace it.
