Jacksonville Beach Pier is the pick with the best cross-offshore flow, and Mayport Poles is worth a look with the slightly longer period; both rate a ★1.5. Conditions hold steady through the next couple days, so don't expect any dramatic improvement, but it's a fun excuse to get in the water before the crowds.
