Solid ESE/E swell running up and down the coast this morning — 5 to 6-plus feet at 14 seconds with plenty of juice, but cross-onshore to onshore winds in the 17-22 mph range are roughing things up everywhere. Every spot is sitting at ★2.5, with Daytona, Flagler, Marineland, and New Smyrna leading on swell height. Conditions hold steady through the next couple days, so expect more of the same — fun swell energy, but you'll want to hunt the sandbars that can organize it and time any lulls in the wind.
