Swell is building along the OBX but onshore NE winds are keeping quality down across the board. Best bets are Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and The Point Buxton, both at ★2.0, where the NE wind has at least some cross-offshore component to clean things up slightly. Swell continues building over the next 24 hours, so if the wind clocks around and cleans up midweek there could be something worth paddling out for.
