Rough go across the Texas Gulf this morning — every spot is sitting at a flat ★1 with small, junky ESE swell in the 1.7–2.4ft range on short 4–6 second period, and onshore to cross-onshore winds already blowing 11–20 mph aren't doing anyone any favors. If you have to go, Isla Blanca and the Port Aransas spots have the most swell to work with, but don't expect much. Conditions hold steady through the next couple days with no meaningful improvement in sight, so sit tight and check back later in the week.
