Cape Disappointment and La Push First Beach lead the pack at ★3.5, with First Beach getting the cleanest look thanks to that NNW offshore flow — head there first. Expect conditions to improve as swell continues to build over the next 24 hours; enjoy it while the wind cooperates, as onshore flow typically creeps in by midweek and will start to rough things up.
