Rough go out there this morning — every spot across the Gulf is checking in at ★1 with surf running 1.5–1.9ft at 5–6 seconds from the ESE, and cross-onshore winds from the S-SSE at 9–20 mph aren't doing the shape any favors. Matagorda, Port A Beach, and 61st Street Galveston lead the pack, but that's not saying much. Conditions hold steady through the next few days with no meaningful swell on the horizon, so don't hold your breath for a turnaround.
