Myrtle Beach State Park is a beach break facing southeast (130°) along the South Carolina coast. It picks up swells from a wide window spanning N/NE through E/S and SW/W, with the optimal swell direction from the southeast. It performs best at mid tide, and offshore winds blow from the northwest (310°).
