Puaena Point is a northwest-facing beach break in Hawaii. It picks up swells from a wide window spanning northeast, east, south-southwest, west, and northwest-to-northeast, with the optimal direction from the north. It prefers mid tide conditions, and winds from the southeast are offshore.
