Flat and blown out across the Texas Gulf coast this morning — onshore winds from 13-19 mph are making a mess of already ankle-high surf, with every spot sitting at zero stars. If you're desperate, JP Luby and Isla Blanca have the lightest winds, but don't get excited. The good news is swell is building, so check back over the next couple days as size fills in — just hope the wind cooperates when it does.
