Tiny, weak surf up and down the NC coast this morning — everything's sitting at ★1 with waist-high-and-under slop at short periods. Best wind situation is at Avalon Pier, Duck Pier, Kitty Hawk, and Jennettes, where WSW-to-offshore flow is at least keeping faces clean, but there's not much to work with at 1–1.6ft. Conditions hold steady through the next couple days with no meaningful swell on the horizon, so unless something changes, this stretch stays flat and forgettable.
