Pretty forgettable morning across the OBX and southeast NC — everything's sitting at a 1-star with short-period windswell and most spots getting worked by north or onshore winds. Best bet right now is Cape Hatteras Lighthouse where light offshore westerlies are at least cleaning things up a touch, and Frisco Pier has the most size at nearly 3 feet if you're desperate. Conditions hold steady through the next few days, so don't expect a rescue — same weak, wind-affected slop on the horizon.
