Tiny and forgettable out there this morning — ankle-high stuff with short periods pretty much everywhere. Best of a bad bunch are Avon, Duck, Kitty Hawk, and Nags Head Pier, all scraping a 1-star rating with offshore SW winds keeping it clean, though there's barely enough water to bother paddling out. Conditions hold steady through the next few days with no meaningful swell on the horizon, so keep an eye on the forecast and maybe wax a different board for now.
