Pretty much a wash this morning across the Gulf — everything's sitting at zero stars with tiny, short-period windswell and onshore flow already messing things up from Galveston down to Port A. That said, the trend is building, and Port Aransas, Mustang Island, and Port A are showing the most potential with faces projected to jump nearly three feet in the next 24 hours. Keep an eye on the next couple days as that energy fills in — if winds back off, those longer 9-second sets could stack up into something worth paddling out for.
