Conditions are pretty forgettable across the Northeast this morning — ankle-to-shin-high surf with long-period SE swell that looks better on paper than it rides. That said, the wind is cooperating nicely: Jenness and Old Orchard are getting true offshore flow, while most of Maine and Mass are seeing light cross-offshore — all spots checking in at ★1. Conditions hold steady through the next couple days with no meaningful swell on the horizon, so unless you're desperate to get wet, it's a good week to wax your board and wait.
