Avon Pier, Ocracoke, The Point Buxton, and North Buxton all check in at ★2.0 with cross to cross-offshore flow keeping things cleaner than you'd expect — Avalon Pier is a notch behind at ★1.5 but has offshore wind. Swell holds steady through the next day or two before expect gradual easing heading into the back half of the week.
