The Outer Banks is running solid this morning with ESE swell in the 6-7ft range at 8-9 seconds hitting spots up and down Hatteras Island and the northern Banks — Kill Devil Hills and Abalone Street have the cleanest look with cross-offshore southerlies, while everywhere else is cross at best. Top spots like Avalon Pier, Kill Devil Hills, and The Point Buxton are all rating ★3. Expect conditions to fade noticeably over the next day or two as this swell backs off, so get it while it's still pumping.
